New CBP Entry Requirements for Certain China Imports
CBP advised that, on March 18, 2023, it will implement the (new and improved) UFLPA Region Alert enhancement in ACE. The goal remains the same – to use XUAR postal codes to flag entries of possible concern under the UFLPA.
